This product is a highly efficient, specialized compound enzyme preparation made from an excellent strain of bacteria through liquid deep fermentation and purification. The main enzyme system of SPE-005 is B-glucanase, which also has amylase and pectinase. The enzyme system has a strong synergistic effect. It mainly hydrolyzes macromolecules such as glucan, amylopectin and amylose, converting them into small molecules such as oligosaccharides and short-chain dextrins. It reduces the viscosity of the extraction solution, reduces the risk of blockage and improves the filtration rate.
