Sinanox® 5057 Usage
Antioxidant 5057 is a liquid aromatic amine antioxidant with good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersion, high antioxidant efficiency, and 100% activity without dilution during addition. Combined with hindered phenol antioxidant 1135, phosphate ester antioxidant TNPP and used to produce excellent synergistic effect. It is suitable for polyurethane, grease, lubricant, elastomer, and provides high thermal stability in polyurethane processing. Inhibit peroxide and prevent scorching phenomenon. Particularly suitable for automotive products, furniture products, fiber fabrics and other soft foam polyurethane, the unique low volatility can avoid causing color stains. The general dosage is 0.5-1%.
